DeskTiles Mini is developed and operated by Cesar Pedro Julian Ibañez (NIF 46343787Y), based in Barcelona, Spain, who is the data controller for this website. You can reach us at hello@desktiles.app or by post at Apartado de correos 6015, 08022 Barcelona, Spain.

DeskTiles Mini runs entirely on your Mac. It has no account, no server of its own, and sends no analytics or telemetry. Your tiles are ordinary folders on your Mac, and the app's settings are kept in your Mac's Application Support folder, under your user account. You can inspect or delete them at any time in Finder.

To show previews of some documents, macOS uses its own Quick Look system inside the app. That is part of macOS; the app itself does not send your files anywhere.

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads no third-party trackers or fonts.

Like any website, the server that hosts it (Vercel Inc.) processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver pages and keep the service secure. We do not use this data to identify you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). See Vercel's privacy policy.

If you write to hello@desktiles.app or support@desktiles.app, we use your email address and message only to answer you. Our email is provided by Google (Google Workspace), which processes it on our behalf. Legal basis: your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(f)). We keep the conversation only as long as needed to help you.

DeskTiles Mini is sold through the Apple App Store. Apple processes the payment and handles refunds under its own terms. We do not receive or store your card number, billing address or payment details. Apple's privacy policy governs any data collected during the purchase.

We do not sell or share personal data. The only providers involved are the ones named above (Vercel for hosting, Google for email, Apple for purchases), each acting under its own privacy terms.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to hello@desktiles.app. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
